This is a continual, participatory program and registration is required for all classes. The $35 fee includes all four sessions, dinner before each class and one syllabus. Couples fee is $55. WHAT TO EXPECT:
This program is designed to explore the benefits of whole body health care. Each night will begin with a 15 min physical fitness segment, so bring your walking shoes and be prepared to move a little. Our personal fitness trainers will educate and guide you through a low-impact exercise routine that you will be able to practice at home each week.
It will be followed with a light evening meal showcasing delicious, nutrient-rich, plant-based cuisine. For 4 weeks you have the opportunity to taste and see how good eating your veggies can be!
The rest of your evening will be spent learning solid solutions for building better brains, better habits, and a better life! Science is proving that exercise, combined with good nutrition, can reverse many chronic diseases and you will meet people, like you, who have had this experience. Each participant will receive a workbook and each night you will have the opportunity to share your goals, challenges, and triumphs with the group. As you introduce more and more of these Simple Solutions into your lifestyle you will move closer to more vibrant, radiant, healthier you!
